Helping You Navigate Life’s Hard Times, Nurturing Your Inner Strength.

Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges of motherhood or postpartum anxiety?

Are you weighed down by a history of trauma or feeling resentment towards your partner?

Are you a first responder constantly living in a state of heightened alert, finding it hard to unwind even during your downtime?

We all go through hard times. It’s always going to be a part of life.

But what if you knew how to get through the current difficult moments and felt prepared for future challenging seasons of life?

During these tough moments, you don't have to navigate them alone.

Through therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can feel validated, understood, and supported

Together, we'll work on building your resilience, finding your strengths, and creating a more balanced, fulfilling life. Through grounding techniques, stress tolerance, and mindfulness, we'll help your body and mind find calm amid the chaos.

Whether you're a mom navigating postpartum challenges or a first responder dealing with the intense pressures of your job, I’ll tailor your approach to therapy to meet your unique needs.

MY APPROACH

Welcome to your safe haven! I'm a licensed counselor with specialized training and extensive experience in perinatal mental health and trauma. While these are my areas of expertise, I warmly welcome clients facing a wide range of concerns.

My approach blends fun and humor with deep empathy and a safe, supportive environment. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to healing and growth, and I'm here to walk with you on your journey to well-being.

WORKING WITH ME IS SIMPLE

01 - Initial Consultation

Getting started with therapy begins with an initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your goals and concerns, and determine if we're a good fit to work together. During this session, we'll explore your expectations, therapeutic approach, and answer questions you may have about the counseling process

02- Scheduling Sessions

It’s easy to schedule your therapy sessions! Simply reach out via phone or email to discuss your availability and preferences. I offer flexible appointment times, between the hours of 9am-5pm CST.

03- Payment and Insurance

Navigating payment and insurance is hassle-free. For clients with BCBS insurance, I am an in-network provider, and I can directly bill BCBS for covered services. For those without insurance coverage or with out-of-network benefits, I offer transparent pricing and a standard fee of $150 per session.

Meet your therapist.

Brandy Kelley, MA, LCPC, PMH-C

Hey there!

You will often find me with an iced coffee in hand, maybe catching up on the latest reality TV drama, or laughing with my kiddos and loved ones.I'm absolutely in love with the work I do. Seriously, it's not just a job for me; it's a genuine passion.

I’m not one of those burnt-out therapists.

Helping folks navigate life's twists and turns, finding strength in vulnerability, and witnessing those "aha" moments? This is exactly what energizes me to start each work day (and that says a lot as I am not a natural morning person).

I genuinely look forward to our sessions, as I have a deep interest in and care for you as my client and human being.

So, if you're ready to dive into this journey of self-discovery and growth together, grab your favorite mug (coffee optional but highly recommended), and let's get started!
